As a health practitioner I always had this need to help people become pain free. Many people have come to me with the aches and pains which have prevented them from doing activities of daily living let alone enjoying life. I would fix them and suddenly another one would come in with the same problem. This would occur everyday. The solutions to these issues were quite simple to do but because they had no idea they suffered unnecessarily.
How could I get this simple yet effective message across with the tools on how to resolve it yourself. This is when I decided to take it upon myself to create such an online program which addresses just that.
We all know most of our aches and pains are lifestyle related. The way we eat, sit, stand, sleep and lack of movement greatly effects our pain. The truth of the matter is massage therapists, physiotherapist, chiropractors and biokineticists will always be around to assist when needed. However it is the clients responsibility to learn more of their own body.
